Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
